For over 50 years, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts has been the world’s top performing arts center and an international leader in arts education. In recognition of this achievement, Lincoln Center commissioned Method Engine to create an interactive timeline to celebrate the achievements and future plans of its 12 resident organizations.

Through a comprehensive competitor review and leveraging research and data from LCPA on the needs of visitors, Method Engine created a design strategy that led to the final application.

Drawing upon a vast archive of visual and audio elements, the 50th Anniversary Timeline ushers the viewer through many of the milestones and historic performances of LCPA. The timeline serves as a centerpiece to a host of programs and events throughout the year and has been praised by the residents of LCPA and the performing arts community at large.
